In John 13:15 of today’s gospel reading, Jesus foresaw the betrayal of Judas Iscariot, so he got up from the table, took his robe off, poured water into a basin, and then started to wash his disciples’ feet and dried them with a towel. This is a way of Jesus humbling himself before man, setting himself as an example of humility. We as servers in Christ must do the same as this is what the Lord instructed us to do.
在今天的若望福音 13:15，耶稣预测了犹达斯的背叛，祂站了起来，把祂外套脱了，把水倒入水盆，给门徒洗了脚并用一个毛巾给他们擦干。这是耶稣在人前展现祂谦虚的一面，并树立榜样。我们在基督内事奉者，应该效仿祂，如同天主指示了我们。
